N7 losing cellular signal.

This is a weird one. Sometimes when connecting to wifi the phone will just not connect back to any LTE or cellular signal at all unless I restart the device. I find this very odd. Anyone else seen this or have a solution?

This happened to me earlier for the first time today, except mine was simultaneous. I tried to send a text and it kept failing until I restarted.
