I've had my N7 for close to a year now, and it has suddenly stopped connecting to wifi. It has trouble seeing the networks it's got saved in the first place, and when it does see them, they fall in and out of range constantly (the tablet is not moving during this time). Then, when it sees a network its got saved long enough for me to tap connect, it displays 'connecting...' for maybe a second or two, then aborts the process. The network goes back to 'saved.' This is frustrating because I'm using it in the same spots I've used all this past year and the tablet has not experienced any falls or liquid spills that could've damaged it. Do nexus tablets just fall out of use that quickly?

I assume a soft reboot didn't help? You might consider a factory reset.

Here is what works for me so far. A combination of Best wifi keeper & Smart wifi apps.
No longer using wifi fixer.
