No, I was using an after market charger that charges at 2.1 amps VS 2.0 amps from ASUS. Tried it on the original charger, and it works much better, but still a little "jumpy". Guess the N7 Doesn't like that extra .1 amps...Are you using the supplied charger that came with it? The touch screen, like the rest of it, is dependent on the electrical input from battery or charger. Too little charge or too much could cause this behavior.
Also static electricity as well.
