N7100 firmware update?

I have an international version and got a firmware update. Except it's the same 4.1.2 as before. I don't know what changed then... Anyone has any clue? It's not xxdme1 either.

I have the same phone and got the firmware update too. My phone used to reboot randomly and freeze from time to time.
The update seems to have fixed it as in the past 36 hours everything works fine.
