So the optimus s has a that new rom and it awesome it works on the OV but the 3g goes out can anyone make it work for OV. And how come OT roms wont work on our phones?

I was on that rom but it doesn't have percentage in the battery icon and it's no as festive not as strong aa this one.

I believe if you dig around this thread it'll tell you explain what is needed to be done. But it looks like it's hardware. I read it somewhere here a long time ago.

I tested out the nameless rom. The 3G works fine until the hands free activation pops up. The only way to get your 3G back is to flash to a V 2.2 rom and run activation. But once you go back to nameless, the data does work. I don't think it's a hardware issue.

What rom are you on if you are on NamelessRom for OS (Optimus S) follow these steps
1. Flash to a stock rom for OV (Optimus V) the bubble bee one because that has the activate already on it
2. Use the activate app. It's say hold one while we try to connect to the network 1..2..3...
3. When its done reboot. That should work
Found out how to get 3g back when you download NamelessRom go to system/app and delete sprint installer and mvpdm apps it should work then.

Why not talk to the devs of this rom and see if they can do a port over to our phones ?

I dont know how to do that i put the button remap on there you have to change all the "homes" to meun and all the "meuns" to home
do so by deleting the thunder_keypad.kl that is in the namelesss rom located in: /system/usr/keylayout/ & copying & pasting the OV thunder_keypad.kl keypad file there then reboot
2 download the OV Keyboard layout thunder_keypad.kl
the pics u can upload by clicking on the paperclip when u post reply & to upload the rom u can use mediafire,4shared,zshare,usershare,megaupload just 2 name a few
Im uploading it now it going slow because im using my phone connection uploading it to google.docs
