I feel like such a noob asking for help here again :p
Ok, so I had a 32 GB SD card I bought on eBay a few months ago that would get corrupted every few weeks (annoying) so I bought a new one during Amazon's Cyber Monday sales
Problem is I had my Nandroid backup on the old one and on my PC. Can't use the one from the SD card (corrupted) and the one from my PC doesn't show in TWRP
How would I go about going back to stock? Just want to try out a couple Kit Kat ROMs but I don't want to flash it over my current ROM :/

Should be able to get back to stock with Odin and a copy of stock ROM.

That's what I was thinking but I didn't want to have to re-root and re-flash TWRP
Could I just flash the 4.2.2 firmware even though it's older?

That should be fine. I flash older and newer versions of ROMs just to see how features and performance differ. You will also probably need to flash the compatible Gapps file.

Yeah. I got all of that down I just wasn't sure if I could flash an older firmware.
Tried Gummy ROM and it was very unstable, phone kept rebooting :(
