Nandroid restore?

Quick question, but an important one. If I flash mods (such as amphetamines) to a rom, then do a backup, will the scripts stay on that backup when I restore back to it at a later date? Or do I reflash the mods after restoration is complete?

If you make the backup after flashing a patch or such, then the patch will be in the backup.

Thanks for the reply. A simple but useful answer. I just wasn't sure if scripts like that stuck.
