Nano Sim for Maxx/Mini/Ultra?

Hey guys, I'm planning on buying one of these three moto phones off contract to use with T-Mobile. I have a GS4 that I'm not enjoying too much. After a little bit of research, I have figured that these phones do work on tmobile, albeit without LTE. My question is, what kind of Sim card do they use? I have a micro Sim in my GS4.
