T-Mobile Galaxy S8 Navigating a businesses menu when you call them hands free

I have hands free calling using the radio in my car. I press one button and from then on calling a phone number is by voice. I run into a problem when I call a business and reach there menu system that asks me to press 1 for English etc.. How do I, hands free, navigate that system? Speaking the number doesn't work. Is this even possible?

Perhaps it would be best to simply pull over, use the phone, and then drive when you can focus solely on the road.

It's not possible unless the business you're calling allows spoken responses. There should be a option, possibly instructed at the beginning of the call, to do what you want, usually for the visually impaired.
