I like the Navigation Buttons, instead of the lines. I'd like to hide the navigation bar when not needed and I can't remember how to do that. I have Nova Launcher on the phone and only saw the option for the nav "lines" which involve swiping up etc.

I like the buttons because that keeps the samsung pay "tab" available on the home page.

I don't think they have the hide nav bar option now that they have gestures. Unfortunately, I think you're out of luck.

I use gestures with Samsung Pay tab at bottom of my home screen.

You can do Full Screen Gestures which hides all the buttons. And you can hide the lines too by unchecking "Gesture hints." It's under Display --> Navigation bar.

Yeah you can hide the gesture hints or use full gestures and still have the Samsung pay tab on the home screen.

The only issue with hiding gesture hints is you can't use the swipe to the side feature from the bottom gesture hints to switch between apps.

Yep that's why I keep the line in the full screen gesture.
