Look in Developer Options for RTL.

Xposed Framework can do this too, I think. You would need a capable module with Xposed, probably Gravity Box.

I didn't know that Xposed had been made to work for the N6 Lollipop. If so, great news!

It doesn't work, yet. Not sure what the status is on that, but Xposed is not compatible with Lollipop.
