Navigation no longer has voice

I used my Navigation yesterday for the first time since Gingerbread and now I don't have voice directions when I'm in Navigation. Anybody else having this issue with their incredible? I don't know if this has anything to do with Gingerbread, but it seems coincidental since it worked before and now all of a sudden it doesn't. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the Navigation volume is turned up, or at least not muted. I find this happens to me.
