Nearby option not working

I have a galaxy S24 ULTRA, S21 ULTRA both running the new one ui7. On both devices, the phones show up. But when I drag one to the center I get a message "this device doesn't support dragging to connect". HELP PLEASE.

AND, YES I SIGNED INTO MY SAMSUNG ACCOUNT.

I don't use that feature much but go into settings>apps list>near by there are 2 clear their data and force stop them see if that helps

No luck. This is very strange

You can uninstall the update to both to test if it works on the previous version
