Neck exercise pop up countdown

Probably 10 times a day my Galaxy Note 8 will start counting down. Sometimes I can see why, and hit skip but I want it to stop completely. It keeps popping up with this reminder telling me to do neck stretches. It counts down with a ticking sound then after 20 seconds or so, it makes a chime sound. I haven't found anything online about it and nothing in the S Health app shows any notifications. Please someone help.

It's just the NSA reminding you to get off of your butt and exercise. Just kidding (or maybe not).

Check Bixby, it's possible that it was done via that route.
