Ok. I have a rooted Nook, overclocked at 1.1ghz. What I need help with is I have downloaded wallpapers among other items to my SD card. Once the SD card is inserted, how do I apply the items, such as the wallpapers or other downloads. I have root explorer and rom manager on my nook. Sorry, still a newbie when it comes to all this. Learning though.

So if anyone can enlighten me on the process, hopefully step by step, I would be very gracious. Thanks.

The stickied thread will help you a lot: http://forum.androidcentral.com/bar...s-issues-stock-nook-color-rom.html#post509777

In it, there is an app called "Wallpaper set and save" which is perfect for setting the wallpaper.

Root explorer can be used to move files around. You can also use it to launch items.

I think that's what you meant correct? How to set wallpapers and run files? I'm not sure what you mean by "other downloads." Videos and things? If that's the case, there are some video players you can get from the market to run them.

im using rooted stock rom. I went through the gallery app and "set as wallpaper" was an option
