I had ordered a replacement on 6/7, and was told week in and week out that my replacement would be coming that same week that I called. Guess what, still don't have it. Called in again yesterday, I now have a tracking number and will have my DINC replacement tomorrow!! So, learn from me, keep calling, bug the hell out of them, but be nice about it. The whole "catch more bees with honey" mentality definitely works with VZW CSR's, let's face it, they hate having to deal with irate customers all day...so when they get someone that is having issues but doesn't berate them on the phone they are shocked, and thus more likely to help.
