Need advice on how to disable Samsung Text to Speech functionality

Hi all,

I am trying to disable the Samsung TTS but it also greyed out on my device

Don't want to root at this stage and my phone seems to have the up to date firmware version already

It is running 4.2.2. with Kernel 3.4.0-5262204

Any suggestions how I can disable this Samsung TTS without rooting?

I'm not sure how come it went that way but... did you turned on the talkback option by chance? It will read tooltip like help.

Thanks for the response. However, not really following.

It has occured since I have started to use Popup Notifier Plus and have enabled

this service within 'Accessibility' on the S4
