Need advice personalizing wise

When I had my Rezound I had the layout how I wanted it w/o changing it. Recently with this phone that is not the case. In your opinion what should I change if anything?

Also, I would (just handing out advice based on my personal preference, not sure if you'd like this...) place the apps in folders. This way, they are all neat and tidy, you know where they are, and you save valuable screen space.

It's your phone. That's part of the beauty of Android, IMO, the ability to truly make it yours. I think your wallpaper is very beautiful. Personally I don't like crowded screens, but why should that matter to you?
Have you taken a look a the sticky with all those pics of people's layouts? Lots of inspiration there
