Need an email app like sense for ICS

I absolutely love ICS so far and no bloat etc.. but i do miss a couple of well thought out tweaks that htc had with sense. Ive found replacement apps for most of the functionality i want except for email. What i liked about HTC's email was the ability to
1: select how many days of email were downloaded to you phone for each account. (I woukd have 30 days of work mail and 2 weeks of yahoo or gmail)
2: you could split the pop3 mails into separate icons for each account instead of a combined inbox.
3: searching for emails was much faster and more efficient because you didnt have to access server because more emaiks stored on phone

I had a free app of enhanced mail from amazon, but that doesnt seem to be much different from stock.

Any suggestions on a sense like email apps out there? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
