need help about inc acting a little laggy.

My inc. has been acting a little laggy lately. My memory seems to be good, but the phone just doesnt have that zip like it had when i first got it. Any advise?

mine did this the other day i just shut it off and then turned it back on and fixed the problem

Yeah, a re-boot might help. You might also see what all you have running and what is being automatically updated.

I would only notice a small drop in performance whenever apps/widgets are syncing in the background. Other than that, the phone is 100% after running for days with numerous apps installed.
