Need Help, Anyone who has LG e739 phone

I have rooted and installed cm7 and now i cant do a recover. Please help if you know how do do this on the e739 phone. Ive tried holding down the down arrow and power button but all that happens is it comes on and then gets stuck on the cm7 boot logo which keeps turning and turning then starting over and over. I am stuck PLEASE HELP if you can....
