Need help asap

I am running clockworkdmod on my rooted 1.2.0 nook color and when i went to install CM7 you have to format the cache data and system. the cache and system formatted but i get an error message when i try to clear the data and now my nook just boot loops. advice on what to do??

Start by burning a clockwork recovery img onto an sd card. DL cm7, and put the zip to the root of the sd card, Then wipe data, system, cache (in that order) then install the cm7 zip.

see i have tried that but i still get a data formatting error and it wont let me format it
