Need help downloading a file from my HTC One to browser

i have a htc one is there any way you can download a file from my gallery to my browser, only way i see is taking a pic but i want to take it from my gallery, any body??

Welcome to Android Central! You can download photos using the Photos app that is associated with Google+; it will be in the Downloads folder. The stock Gallery app doesn't seem to have a download option, for unclear reasons.

What do you mean by downloading a picture to your browser? Are you trying to upload a picture to the web? You could probably download the picture using Photos, then select it to upload to wherever your target is.

thank you for helping me!! yes i am trying to use my phone browser to upload a pic from my gallery to a website..

The website should have a way to upload a photo. If not, then you may have to do it through a computer by transferring the file to the computer first.

Uploading photos to a website using a phone browser doesn't always work that well, so I agree with srkmagnus, do it through a computer.
