Need Help! Email Attachments

I am using the stock email client to receive my exchange email. For some reason, I no longer have the option to open attachments. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Thanks!

Did anything change in your settings? Are you downloading the attachments? Are the attachments in a format that can be opened on the phone?

I did not change any settings. What happens is that I'll see the icon in the email list that shows I have an attachment; however, when I open the email, no attachment is shown that can be opened. The files are Word and .pdf files, so they should be OK.

Same behavior after a power cycle? I have noticed on multiple issues, after a power cycle, things seem to "fix" themselves. Just a thought.

Yes. Still persists, even after a power cycle.

Check your settings that you are indeed downloading the attachments. Even if you are not it will show that there is an attachment. I had it happen to me where mine changed for no reason.
