need help fast! stuck on incredible screen

So my phone now will only reboot up to the HTC Incredible white screen. I'm not even sure what the issue is, all i did last before it got stuck was erase data on an old sd card i had in the phone. Then I just did a reboot and it froze on the white screen.

I'm running GHBevervolv 2.3.2 with 2.6.37.4 incredikernel.

I can get into HBOOT but when i click on recovery it takes me into fastboot everytime.

What can i do to fix this????

How did you erase the data from the SD card? Did you select wipe data from recovery or did you actually format the SD card in the ROM itself?
