Need help Galaxy s7 sm-g930F not working for at&t

I got a sm-g930F model and its not working with my at&t sim. Tried calling customer care and went through some apn settings but it didn't work. Help appreciated.
 
Has this phone been used before? If not, it needs to be 'activated' (first call made) in the region it was intended for sale (from the model, I'm guessing Europe) first before it can be used with any other SIM card.
 
Do you have any other SIM that you can try it with? Maybe from another company and see if it 'takes' the configuration?
 
Have you fixed this problem, OP? Please advise so that we can provide further assistance.
 
Not fixed yet. Only calls and texts are working. LTE is not working. Intermittently some slow speed internet is working. No error messages at all
 
I would visit my local AT&T store and see if a new Sim card would fix the problem.
 
I just noticed that there is no 'Mobile Networks' option under Settings, not sure what that means. Also my computer is not recognizing this device when I connect with the usb data cable.
