Need Help Getting My S10+ To Use The Bixby Button To Restart Phone

Having a brainfart and need some help. Recently had to reset the settings on my S10+. Previously when I long-pressed the Bixby button my phone was setup to bring up the restart menu where I could restart the phone or completely turn it off. Can someone direct me on how to get this done please?

Settings - Advanced features - Bixby key - Double press to open Bixby - Enable Use single press - Open app, click on the gear icon. That's all I got. I don't see how to select restart menu. Maybe setup via the Run quick command option?

Thank you for replying. Appears I confused myself some as the key on the right side of the phone (formerly the power key) handles all of the restarting and shutting off. My bad. ??????
