Need help getting rid of an app

I got this app that blocks stuff on a phone and i forgot the password i need to know if there is a way to delete it without permission or a way to get it off my phone without going into the app. The app blocks me from doing anything on my phone at all. I cant send texts i cant go into my settings or go online i need to get rid of this app somehow PLEASE HELP

Well, if your device is inaccessible the i am afraid but you need to factory reset your device in order to access it again !! Once you have factory reset it application that always blocks you from accessing your text messages and all will be deleted.

Are you rooted? If so, then you can just use Root Browser and go to /data/app and delete it. That will save you from resetting it. What app is it?
