need help identifying app/frozen screen, huawei g7

Phone keeps freezing to this screen. Cant figure out whats happening. Anyone recognise?

These cases often activate the special screens by using magnets to trigger sensors in the phone. Are there any magnets near the phone? Is the phone in a case? If so, take the case off and see if this persists.
