Need help installing Wallet

So I very recently got my Nexus and I have tried following the website hit back go to market routine for getting google wallet installed and I'm saddened to find that it does not work for me. I am not given a choice of whether I want to download through the market or from the website. It simply asks me to sign in then takes me back to the webpage and thats it. If I hit back I can go to the main wallet page but I am never prompted on where I would like to download from. Anyone else experience this?

side load it.
1. Download the wallet APK file on your computer
2. go to your phone and turn on the "unstill from unknown applications"
3. plug nexus into computer
4.open up your nexus on the computer on and drag and drop the apk file from the computer to somewhere on your nexus you can find it, like the download folder.
5. on the nexus go to the downloads and click on the apk file and click "install"
6. go to 7-11 and buy some food with the google wallet app!!!

The way I got it to work was to go into the browser and do a search for wallet. Tap on google wallet. You will get a pop to open the market in your browser or the the App, choose the browser. go to install and it should say not supported. Press back and you should get the pop up for browser or Market again. This time choose market and you should be able to get the install option with in the market.

If that does not work, the other option is to side load the APK (you do not need to be rooted to do this and the link to the APK is in another thread in this forum). After you install it shoudl show the wallet app in your app list in the market and you should have the option to update to the latest version from there.

xvflutop, after you sign in try hitting back again and see if you get the pop up for browser or play store. If you do not get the pop up you can trying going into settings > apps > browser and try clearing the cache and try again. Let us know how it goes.
