Crazy problem here. I have this phone since 2013, and have been using it to play backing tracks for my one-man-band act, and it's defective now, and can't be fixed.
It's been great, with what my ears tell me is better than all the high-end phones I've tried. They sold a ton of these on Amazon back in 2013, so I'm sure someone has one thrown in a bin collecting dust. Anyone have one of these? The full Amazon descrition is: I9220(N9000) 5.0" Capacitive Android 4.0 Dual SIM Smart Phone With 8GB ROM by Star
The motherboard on this phone reads: S9500_MB_v1.2 (see photo)
It has dual sim slots, side by side, and the SD slot is to the right of the battery compartment. Thanks!

Should block your IMEI numbers

Thanks Rukbat. I wasn't concerned, since I never activated and only used it as a media player. There was even a sticker covering what is shown in the photo, with a different model number, and I think a diffdrent IMEI. I know there was a lot of flack over the sale of this phone, because it apparently had factory installed malware on it. But, one mans garbage is another man's gold in this case.
