Need help locking phone

I know how to unroot but idk how to lock it so I can get the official jb update

It's in the WugFresh Tool Kit. " Back to Stock" section, " and then "Flash Stock + unroot" button.
After that, "Relock" section and "OEM Lock" button.
But why?? The only reason to do this is if you are taking the phone back to Verizon for some reason or possibly selling it. If you intend to keep using the phone, the official OTA update offers no advantages at all IMHO.
