Need help modifing my rca tabet

Ok i have tablet with a messed screen, doesn't recognize touches but I Have a otg y cable for mouse and keyboard but i need it to charge at the Same time,I heard cynagen 10 can do that, but I i need to root it first I've tried kingroot and kingororoot, i don't have access to a computer, please help

The picture on it is mostly intact, a A small part of it is a little blury, but other than that it looks fine, the king root gets stuck saying requests, i finally was able to submit a request so now it sais 1 request, also has a button saying install purify which i did, under That it says check security and that says no issues, does that mean kingroot cant find a root method or do i need a file for it to work
