Need help on how to send pics with Galaxy s3 mini

I just got the galaxy s3 mini and have AT&T service......I cannot get the phone to send pictures PLEASE HELP! I can't find info on how to make it work I'm used to a phone just automatically being able to send picture messages.

You need to be sure that 'Mobile data' is enabled - a Wi-Fi connection isn't enough.
