need help on samsung galaxy mega storage

OK so I have a Samsung galaxy mega that has 16gb and there is a lot of space but when I go to es file manager it says that I only have the max of 1.22gb is this a glitch or is the device lying to me that it has that much actually

Welcome to the forums.
It may be a glitch in the app. If you go to Settings>Storage, what does that say?

12gb for internal storage

15gb for phone storage

But es file explorer says I have the maximum storage of 1.22 gb

I can't even download asphalt 8 because of this

SD card 0 is the internal 1 is my micro sd card

That is really strange. Have you tried uninstalling Es file explorer, and downloading the app you mentioned?

Nope Google play says not enough external storage
