Need help removing discoloration from a brand new clear TPU case

I just bought a Nillkin Clear TPU case for my phone and after a few days, I noticed some blue and red discoloration near the power button. How do I remove this without damaging the case?

If it won't come clean with a mild soap and water I wouldn't try anything harsher. TPU is famous for this and for eventually turning yellow.
