Ok I just put a custom rom on my phone and i did not like it but i dont know how to get it off and put the stock back on can some one help me

Did you make a nandroid backup, first? You should always do that, so you can roll back just in case.

Did you use ROM Manager? There are stock ROMs available in there to flash.
