Need help through aim, or wherever

So I decided to go back to stock on my fascinate, unfortunately it didn't go well, I had voodoo installed, I did the disable lag fix, then did the odin stock restore, that didn't work, and now the phone does start up and it just does force closes on everything, I dont really know how to push anything to my sd card and do not have an sd card reader, but from what I understand I need to get things on the sd card and run them, but I am not proficient in the adb shell push stuff.

so if anyone could help me, my aim is nsdrummerep19 I am on right now, any help would be much appreciated.

Fixed it, had to close all the force closes to mount the sd card, but I fixed it. woohoo!
