Hello,
New to Android here, migrating from an iPhone. I purchased a Verizon Galaxy S8 Plus. I use AT&T, and placed my AT&T SIM into the phone, and it worked fine. However, when I attempt to update the phone from Android version 7.0 to 8, I receive an error at 24 percent while updating. The phone then reboots and I get the message: "Install interrupted. The software update could not be installed." I've done factory resets, and tried numerous times to update, but no luck.
I feel this may have something to do with me using AT&T on a Verizon phone (unlocked), but being new to Android I don't know what the issue is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I've attached pics to this post.
