I have a rooted and unlocked Nexus 7 on stock ROM, but of course the system gives me the error 7 when I try (even after flashing stock recovery) to try and do the OTA update. I am running a customer Kernel (Franco.Kernel). Can someone tell me how I can update my Nexus 7 to 4.2.2 without having to wipe my device? I am currently on 4.2.1. Can I use WugFresh's toolkit to flash the factory image for 4.2.2 and NOT loose my data?

Nevermind....solved! I just needed to restore my stock kernel and then the error went away. Used rootkeeper and reflashed CWM Touch and I am set to go! Was not so difficult.
