Hey everyone. I am in the UK and updated the broken version or Android Jelly Bean 4.3. I have recently heard that samsung has released a fixed version so I attempted up upgrade to it. When trying OTA update it says "The software update service is not available. Maximum number of roll-out updates has been exceeded. Try later or update your device using Samsung Kies.". So I went to Kies and tried through that and was told that my firmware was up-to-date. I contacted Samsung Customer Services through email and live chat and they have been pathetic in helping me. I am regretting ever getting a Samsung so someone please help me out and tell me how to update or even if the update is available yet in the UK or not???
