So my Galaxy S3 (unrooted) is messed up. Everything works on it except for sending text messages. I already checked with AT&T, its not my phone's plan or anything.
All of that aside, I want to back it up and completely restore it. Would doing that remove my phone number? If so, is there a way to reset the phone and keep my service?
