Need help with facebook messenger

Just got an s8 love it but I can't get chat bubbles have no setting or any thing tried reinstall and everthing and still no option

If you are talking about chat heads, (circles with picture of the person you are chatting with that stays on the screen no matter what app you're on), open the Facebook Messenger app, and on the top right, tap your profile picture. Scroll down and switch on "Chat Heads".
