Need help with Folder Sync

I'm trying to use Folder Sync to sync my photos which are stored on the SD card to my dropbox account. The part I'm having trouble with is that Folder Sync doesn't seem to see the SD card so I can't set up the sync. Does anyone else know how to do this?

Doesn't the Dropbox app let you sync a specific folder in your phone? That can see the external SD without problems...
