Need help with kindle fire root, stuck on daemon started successfully

So im trying to root my kindle fire HD and every time i go to root it i keep getting stuck at Please connect Device with enabled USB-Debugging to your Computer
adb server is out of date. killing...

Ive re installed the drivers about 10 times and left the cmd running for about an hour but its still stuck there, anyone know how to fix it? The full code is below.
