Need help with pin in lock screen and also for backup

Hi all, today i put a pin for my s6 edge with android 5.1.1 rooted but i forgot it and now i can't use anything. I am thinking about restore all but first i need to do a backup but i can't do it because from my pc when i enter in my phone it says empy folder. Please help me! Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! The computer can't access the phone's storage because you have to unlock the screen first. If you fail the unlock enough times, does it ask you for your Google information?
