Hello my favorite pixel friends!

I have 2011 Chevy cruze with iphone and PlaysForSure Devices support via usb.
My car recognizes my pixel 2 basically as a flash drive only playing my custom ringtones that I've downloaded to the phone. My question for you is besides from the old fashion way of and aux cable, is there another way I can get my Amazon Music to play through usb?
Amazon Music does not let my offline music visible to the car or me on file explorer.

Thanks for the help!

Jonathan

I'm not sure what you mean by your 'offline music'; if I Download a song from the Amazon Music application to my phone I can use a file manager (ex. FX https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nextapp.fx) to navigate to the path where the mp3 file has been placed. I'm pretty sure that once the file is there a connected device should be able to see it.

You probably won't be able to use your Pixel 2 for the music in that car via USB, since the car system was probably only designed for iPhone/iPods and Windows PlaysForSure devices. It's only been relatively recently that car and stereo manufacturers have made their systems more compatible with Android when connecting via USB.
