need help with the dialer

Hi folks. When I'm on the phone and I need to select a number on the dial pad the screen blinks out. How do I stop that?

Try approaching the screen from the opposite side. I believe you are activating the screen off feature. Like the screen goes dark with you put the phone to your face.

I agree with Connert. The proximity sensor is usually near the front-facing camera, so make sure your hand is nowhere near there.
