When you get to the blue recovery screen, if you navigate to "run update.zip" with the volume keys and select it with the home button, what happens?

belive it or not i used the old one and worked fine
maybe because i used the old root method after update

Shouldn't have made a difference but whatever fixes the problem... Just be sure to reflash the appropriate kernel for your ROM (DJ05/DL09) as the old CWM flashed with a DI01 kernel. Thus, no vibration on non DI01 systems.

ok and were can i get the dl09 kernel again so i can do that should i do that before rom and thru cwm

1230_NON_voodoo.zip for one to flash manually in CWM or select any other DL09 one in Sonofskywalker3's section in ROM Manager.

nvm found out how to i am sometimes impaitent to look for stuff

wow i love this ******* phone so customizable i cant wait to learn how do themes i like to see some of those taskbars on my phone too am i able to back up mutiple roms once i set them up and go back and forth between them and what are other good kernels i want this phone to fly
