Need Help

Hey Everybody,

I did a search on this and could not find an answer. I am trying to help a friend with his new phone. He wants to turn off the announcement where the phone announces the person calling before it rings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, that's it. The three options in that menu are

Ring Only
Caller ID then Ring
Caller ID Repeat

Ring Only is the one your friend wants.
